According to the lawsuit, on or about November 21, 2023, the Las Vegas tourist was a guest of the Mirage Las Vegas and was riding a Pride Mobility scooter in the lobby of the Mirage when she encountered a dangerous condition on the lobby floor that caused the mobility scooter to tip and fall on top of her as she was attempting to navigate the lobby.
