Founder Chasen Cohan, Esq., is a Las Vegas native who graduated cum laude from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Cohan attended the University of Texas School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. During law school, Mr. Cohan served as a clerk for United States District Court Judge James R. Nowlin and the Office of the Texas Attorney General.
As a Nevada attorney, Mr. Cohan’s practice has focused on defending Fortune 500 Companies and Las Vegas Strip Hotels in general liability matters, and advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies, privately held companies, family offices, and entrepreneurs on complex business transactions.
In addition to possessing FINRA Series 7 (Registered Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform State Representative) licenses (www.finra.org), Mr. Cohan is admitted to practice before the Nevada Bar, all Nevada State and Federal Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
